Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items
Each Hallopokki item is carefully packed with love and attention.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the parcel and item so I can understand what happened.
As a new/small creator, I’m unable to offer refunds for change of mind, but I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong. I’m truly sorry that this happened to you.
